Sr. Backend Engineer

Our client is on a mission to make health insurance affordable and make great care accessible for everyone in the U.S. They’re working toward this mission by offering a new kind of insurance – they call it “Cash Price” insurance – that puts their members in the driver’s seat for their health care, and have saved the U.S. over $1 Trillion annually. Preferred Background:

Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with over 5 to 8 years of experience in Java programming in addition to 3-4 years of software design and development using Java Spring Boot framework.

Experience working on their technology stack (Java [JEE], Spring Boot, Spring Data[JPA], MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Docker, JUnit, REST, Swagger) and proven track record of releasing enterprise applications into production using this tech stack.

Experience working with AWS, AWS CLI and SDK, deploying applications on ECS (Fargate), RDS, working with S3, SQS, Lambda etc.

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000
