Seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the team who will not only take a leadership role in architecting and coding our software, but will also play a pivotal role in growing and mentoring the engineering team.

What You’ll Do

Build applications and develop our vertically integrated solutions from the group
Innovate technical design and systems architecture across services and applications
Work with in-house and external developers, architects, and product managers to build multiple platforms
Maintain a keen focus on end-to-end platform performance
Define systems architecture and design, and evaluate feasibility and sustainability
Partner with product management to lead technical requirements

What You’ll Bring

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years of production coding experience (we use Ruby)
Experience with all aspects of software development, deployment and maintenance
Experience with a range of languages and technologies, like RoR, Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, PostGres, React or something similar
Solid understanding of object-oriented design
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary range: $170,000-$210,000
