Putnam Guarantee

The Putnam Guarantee eliminates any hesitation you may have when working with our recruiting agency. If you are dissatisfied with our candidate for any reason during their first 90 days after a direct placement, we will replace the employee at no charge. Furthermore, if you are dissatisfied with our contractor for any reason during their first 40 hours of a contract assignment, we will replace the contractor and reimburse you in full or credit your account – it’s your choice.
